need to in good condition from your PD. So whatever adjustments they are doing needs to be done since PD. I hope your lawyer knows this.

Did the e-file process ask you to pay the biometric fee? I ask because my attorney informed me this afternoon that I do not need to pay a biometric fee, or send in a G-325A form, when sending in my EAD/AP renewal. Do please let me know if this is not the case.
On the Advance Parole justification, I would put in a note stating that I maintain close ties with my family in <country here> and travel frequently to see them. Additionally, state that you wish to travel abroad on vacation on multiple occasions through the year, and request them to grant you an Advance Parole for these reasons. This document request seems to be in lieu of the covering letter that's usually sent with an AP request. I'm sure they don't need you to send them ticket receipts.

I dont think it asked me for the $80 biometric fee during the E-filing process. Someone else had answered to my quesiton on a different thread as well that I dont have to pay it.
I will make sure I put in the reasons you suggested for the AP in my documentation. Thanks again.
Another questions is that since I files EAD and AP concurrently, can I send both the documents in the same packet? ( I am guessing it's ok since the attorneys usually send everything in a single packet , right? )

I am sure IV (which is WE) do not need sarcasm (asli_vdl_rao or what ever). Also, I think IV very much needs guys like you leoindiano and a recurring $25 contribution is not that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things. You have been a great proponent of this cause by supporting it

hello all,
Lets say you are a citizen here or your son is a citizen becasue he was born here.
Then you decide to go back and he starts studing with the PIO, I guess that works till he gets to college(Govt colleges are NRI quota right?)
Then when he want to work there dose he have to get a VISA like us comming here to work ?
I ask this becasue a friend of mine said a major IT company in India said that such a person cannot work in India without a VISA and they are not sponsering any visa's now.
so when he tried to come to the US, it seems that he had to pay for all his education as an NRI would have paid.
also if you reject the US citizenship and US is not going to give you any visa..ever !
Sorry i dont have an answer for your question, but reading this i was very surprised because there used to be some forward emails going on, saying after 10 years, all angrezi's will be standing in queue outside indian consulate waiting for harra patta....... some kind of mail like that, looks like it is becoming a reality :)

My co-worker, who has 5 year old kid, his son received an EAD (he filed I-765). He applied for SSN and received the SSN card within 5 days of application.
If Sury wants SSN for his kid, s/he can give a try.

Me and my wife took the chest X-ray and didn�t take the TB skin test. Doctor has checked the �not taken� check box for the skin test and �negative� under the X-ray section in the medical report.

I have e-filed along with spouse new SSN#..no issues...
When we sent cancel letter for ITIN,got a reply confirmation from IRS saying us to use ssn# for federal tax filing and we have revoked your ITIN..

I think this is just their way of saying......give us another month.
They have already got around it. They ARE NOT receipting the applications on the actual date they receive them. They are stamping the received dates only when they 'enter' it into their system.
The receipt date on my receipt notice days July 2nd not September. The online one says September 7th. I have evedence by document from them that my application was received on July 2nd.

I agree with you. On that thread people are complaining that they should not have to register to vote. How do you expect them to spend time taking out their credit card, entering the 16 digits using keyboard and hit the submit button really hard.
